Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction means a lot to us, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase which is why we have a 30-day return policy which you can take advantage of if you change your mind about an order.

Requirements:

Note: Adhesives and Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Returns of items will only be accepted if the following applies:

  • The items are new, unused and in its original packaging; or
  • The items are damaged/faulty.
  • The Items must be returned within 30-days of receiving the item
  • The Items are not adhesives and/or sale items
  • You provide receipt or proof of purchase of the item
  • We agree in writing to accept the return of the items.

Shipping For Returns:

Shipping rates are only refundable for damaged/faulty items. For change of mind we are more than happy to accept the return however, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.

Return Process:

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lbrbeautysupplies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions detailing how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We are happy to offer a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping costs).We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not, please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive the return to process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Items / Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged/faulty item or if the items are not as ordered, please do not use the above process and instead contact us as we want to make this right! Simply contact us at support@lbrbeautysupplies.com.au with your order details and any photo/video evidence you can provide that will help speed up the claim process. 

Training Course Refunds & Re-Scheduling

Once payment has been made and the course date has been booked in all sales are final. We may be able to re-schedule course dates in good-faith and under special circumstances. Customers must contact us at least 72 hours prior to their course date if they are unable to attend and need to re-schedule.
