DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 1 and 7 days domestically, and between 3 and 20 days internationally, depending on the delivery option and destination. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of lbrbeautysupplies.com.au.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
lbrbeautysupplies.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
Returns of items will only be accepted if the following applies:
- The items are new, unused and in its original packaging; or
- The items are damaged/faulty.
- The Items must be returned within 30-days of receiving the item
- The Items are not adhesives and/or sale items
- You provide receipt or proof of purchase of the item
- We agree in writing to accept the return of the items.
For change of mind returns, a full refund of the item cost (excluding shipping costs) will be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
For Items deemed to be Damaged/Faulty, a full refund of the item cost (including shipping costs) will be processed.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from when we receive the return and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of lbrbeautysupplies.com.au.
